Roast Carrots with Flaked Almonds
PREP: 20 MINS | COOK: 1/2 HOUR
- Par boil the carrots in shallow dish with boiled kettle water, then drain.
- Roast the carrots with olive oil, salt & pepper. Approx 40 min.
- Once caramel on outside tender inside remove and leave too cool.
- Assemble all the ingredients in serving bowl as above.
