Chilli Lime Couscous

What You’ll Need

3/4 cup chicken stock
3/4 cup couscous
½ cup Sunbeam Sultanas

1/4 red onion, sliced
½ cup Sunbeam Chilli Lime Seed Delights

2 tbs mint, chopped finely

2 tbs flat leaf parsley, chopped finely

1 tbs olive oil

1 lemon, juiced




  1. Place stock into a medium saucepan. Cover and bring to the boil. Turn off the heat, add the couscous and sultanas, cover for 3-5 minutes and then fluff with a fork.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and stir lightly to combine.
