Granola Bars

 

What You’ll Need

1 cup Sunbeam Almond Meal
1 cup Sunbeam Sultanas
1/2 cup Sunbeam seed mix
2 cups rice bubbles
1/4 cup plain flour

1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
125g butter, melted 
1/4 cup honey

 

Method

  1. Preheat open to 160 degrees (fan forced). Grease and line with baking paper in a 18cm x 28cm slice pan.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Place melted butter and honey together and stir into dry ingredients
  4. Press mixture firmly into tin using the back of a spoon. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool in the tin before slicing into bars.
