Chilli Lime Chicken Stir-Fry

Serves: 4 - 6


What You’ll Need

500g chicken breast, sliced

1 onion, sliced

1 clove of garlic, crushed

2 tsp ginger, grated

1 tbs olive oil

1 bunch choy sum

1 tbs sesame oil

1 tbs soy sauce

2 tbs sweet chilli sauce

1/2 cup Sunbeam Chilli Lime Seed Delights



  1. Combine chicken, onion, garlic, ginger and olive oil in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Heat half the sesame oil in a wok or frying pan over high heat until hot. Add half the chicken and stir fry tossing frequently until cooked. Transfer chicken to a plate. Repeat with remaining oil and chicken.
  3. Return chicken to the pan and add choy sum and sauces. Stir fry until choy sum wilts slightly, add Chilli Lime Seed Delights and serve.
