White Chocolate & Macadamia Cookies

White Chocolate & Macadamia Cookies

  • Makes: 20 cookies

Ingredients

  • 125g butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups plain flour
  • 100g white chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 1 x 110g packet Sunbeam Dry Roasted Macadamias, finely chopped

Method

1.Melt butter and sugar in a medium saucepan over a gentle heat. Set aside to cool.
2.Beat in beaten egg and vanilla essence.
3.Add flour and white chocolate, mixing to combine.
4.Take 1 tablespoon sized balls of mixture and roll in macadamias.
5.Arrange on a paper lined, flat baking tray and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes.
