| 1. | Chop walnuts until coarsely grainy. Transfer to a bowl. Add the coconut. |
| 2. | Melt chocolate in a microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute. Stir, then microwave for another minute or until melted. Chop butter into small pieces, add to chocolate & stir until melted. |
| 3. | Pour over the walnuts & coconut, mix well & refrigerate for about 10 minutes to partially firm up. |
| 4. | Line a tray with baking paper & drop heaped teaspoons of the mixture onto paper. Chill until firm. Best kept cold. |
