Peanut Sultana Biscuits

Peanut Sultana Biscuits

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sunbeam Sultanas
  • 100g butter, softened
  • ¼ cup crunchy peanut butter
  • ½ cup caster sugar
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda

Method

1.Cream butter, peanut butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.
2.Mix in sifted dry ingredients to form a dough. Add sultanas and mix well.
3.Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and flatten with fingers.
4.Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 °C.
5.Leave to cool on tray
