Fruity Truffles

Fruity Truffles

  • Makes: approximately 40

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Sunbeam Currants
  • 100g milk chocolate melts
  • ¼ cup cream
  • 125g plain sweet biscuits, crushed
  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut, for rolling

Method

1.Place melts in a bowl and melt in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove. Stir until all chocolate is melted. Stir in cream.
2.Add crushed biscuits and currants
3.Take spoonfuls of mixture and roll into balls and then in coconut to coat. Serve at room temperature.
