| 1. | Preheat oven to 200°C |
| 2. | Line a square slice tray a little smaller than the pastry sheet with baking paper. |
| 3. | Place pastry inside, turning up edges. Prick with a fork and bake for 12 minutes at 200°C. |
| 4. | Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil, stirring. |
| 5. | Tip into the prepared pastry and spread evenly. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 200°C or until bubbling and browned. Leave to cool in the tray then cut into fingers to serve. |
