| 1. | Melt chocolate, margarine and sugar in a saucepan. Stir in the eggs and vanilla essence. |
| 2. | Add the sultanas, nuts, flour and baking powder and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. |
| 3. | Form fudge into balls and place on lined baking tray with room to spread. Sprinkle with extra sugar and bake for 8-10 minutes at 200 °C. |
