| 1. | Place the biscuits in a food processor and process until the biscuits resemble fine crumbs. Add butter and egg and process until mixture forms a ball. Press into a lined lamington tin and refrigerate. |
| 2. | Place sugar and butter in a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and add the flour and cream. |
| 3. | Add nuts and sultanas and return to heat until mixture comes to the boil. Place mixture over base and refrigerate until set. |
