Dark Chocolate Slice

Ingredients

  • 200g Sunbeam Sultanas
  • 100g butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 x eggs
  • 1 cup Self Raising flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa, sifted
  • Icing:
  • 1 cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa, sifted
  • 2 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons hot water

Method

1.Place butter and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat until well combined.
2.Stir in flour, cocoa and sultanas. Spoon into greased and lined lamington tin and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
3.To make icing: Mix all ingredients well. Ice slice when cool, then cut into pieces.
