Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Parfait

Dark Chocolate & Hazelnut Parfait

  • Makes: 4 serves

Ingredients

  • 125g cream cheese
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 180g dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • ½ cup cream, whipped
  • 1 x 120g Sunbeam Dry Roasted Hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • Sponge finger biscuits to serve

Method

1.Place cream cheese and brown sugar in a bowl, beat until smooth. Gradually beat in cooled melted chocolate.
2.Gently fold in whipped cream.
3.Using 4 parfait glasses add spoonfuls of chocolate mousse, sprinkle with spoonfuls of hazelnuts, and layer with another spoonful of chocolate mousse and hazelnuts.
4.Serve with sponge fingers to dip.
