| 1. | Place flour, baking powder, cocoa and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. |
| 2. | Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Beat in egg. |
| 3. | Mix in dry ingredients and raisins. |
| 4. | Place tablespoons onto a lined biscuit tray, press down and bake for 10-12 minutes at 180°C. Cool on tray before removing. |
