| 1. | Line a 20 x 24cm slice tin with baking paper. Preheat oven to 180°C. |
| 2. | In a mixing bowl, combine the fruit, flour and oats. |
| 3. | In a small saucepan or microwave dish, warm sugar and margarine. Stir until butter melts, then pour into the dry mixture. |
| 4. | Add beaten eggs and stir to combine well. Spoon evenly into prepared tin. |
| 5. | Bake for about 25 minutes until dry and firm to the touch. Cool in the tin. |
| 6. | Melt chocolate in microwave or in a bowl over a pan of boiling water. Spread melted chocolate over slice then cool. |
