| 1. | Heat oil in a saucepan. Add popcorn when oil is hot. Cook until popping slows. Place popcorn in a large bowl and mix in peanuts and sultanas. |
| 2. | Place the brown sugar, butter and golden syrup in a saucepan and cook over medium heat. Bring to the boil then pour over the popcorn mixture. Stir well. |
| 3. | Pour the caramel corn out onto a lined baking tray and leave to set. When set break the corn into chunks to serve. |
