Green Beans with Pine Nut Gremolata

Tip:
Gremolata can be made several hours in advance.
Ingredients
600g green beans, trimmed
2 Tbs olive oil
Gremolata:
¼ cup (35g) Sunbeam Pinenuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
2 Tsp chopped parsley
3 tsp finely grated lemon rind
1 clove garlic, crushed
ground black pepper
sea salt flakes
Method
1.
Combine all gremolata ingredients in a small bowl. Set aside.
2.
Boil beans until tender. Drain and place in a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with gremolata and serve immediately.
