| 1. | In a saucepan combine butter, maple syrup and caster sugar over medium heat, stirring continuously, cook for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Bring mixture to the boil, reduce heat and without stirring, cook for 5 minutes or until light golden. |
| 2. | In a large bowl combine popcorn, almonds, cherries and sultanas. Pour over caramel and mix well. Spoon mixture into cones, pressing in gently. Hang on your Christmas tree or where desired. |
