Ice Cream Pudding

Ice Cream Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sunbeam Mixed Fruit
  • 1 tablespoon grand marnier
  • 1 litre honey macadamia ice cream

Method

1.Line a 6 cup mould with foil and chill in freezer.
2.Place ice cream in a bowl and leave to soften slightly. Mix in fruit and grand marnier.
3.Spoon ice cream into basin and press down to flatten. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze several hours or overnight.
4.Turn out onto plate and slice to serve.
