| 1. | Line a 6 cup mould with foil and chill in freezer. |
| 2. | Place ice cream in a bowl and leave to soften slightly. Mix in fruit and grand marnier. |
| 3. | Spoon ice cream into basin and press down to flatten. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze several hours or overnight. |
| 4. | Turn out onto plate and slice to serve. |
