| 1. | Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, vanilla and golden syrup. |
| 2. | Fold in flour, apricots and milk. Place in a greased 4 cup pudding dish or 8 x ½ cup dishes |
| 3. | To make sauce mix all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour gently over pudding. |
| 4. | Bake for 45-50 minutes at 160°C for large pudding or 20-30 minutes for smaller pudding. Serve warm |
