| 1. | In a bowl, combine raisins, dates and cherries and stir in flour. |
| 2. | In a small saucepan, melt butter, chocolate and sugar on medium-low heat (or microwave for 21/2-3 minutes, stirring several times) then remove from heat and beat in eggs one at a time. |
| 3. | Pour into the dried ingredients, and add the milk. Mix thoroughly. |
| 4. | Grease muffin tins and coat lightly with fine dry breadcrumbs or sugar, or grease small microwave dishes. |
| 5. | Spoon in the mixture and bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes. |
| 6. | Turn out. Decorate with extra cherries and dust with icing sugar. Serve with chocolate sauce, cream or custard. |
