| 1. | Melt butter, chocolate and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and stir in eggs one at a time. |
| 2. | Add flours, milk, wine, sultanas and apricots and mix well. |
| 3. | Pour into a greased and lined 20cm square cake tin and bake for 55-60 minutes at 180°C. |
