| 1. | Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in eggs and vanilla. Fold in flour, sifted cocoa and milk, then fold in apricots. Spoon into an ovenproof dish. |
| 2. | Mix all sauce ingredients together until sugar is dissolved and pour carefully over pudding mixture. |
| 3. | Bake in oven for 45-50 minutes at 180°C. |
